The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) has been allocated approximately $1 billion under ARRA. Established in 1902, BOR oversees dams, power plants, and canals in the 17 western states. ROO stays in contact with BOR in an effort to prevent, detect, and report fraud, waste, and mismanagement within the bureau.
