The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has been allocated approximately $140 million under ARRA. USGS provides scientific information to help describe and understand Earth, minimize losses due to natural disasters, and manage resources. ROO stays in contact with USGS in an effort to prevent, detect, and report fraud, waste, and mismanagement within the bureau.
