Allegations of Failure to Submit Oil and Gas Reports to ONRR

OIG investigated a Bureau of Land Management Special Investigations Group report that a New Mexico lease operator did not submit proper reports to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) since September 2014. Our preliminary investigation substantiated that the lease operator did not properly report oil and gas production, but did pay the required royalties.
