Description

The OIG investigated an allegation that a now-former Bureau of Indian Affairs official violated the ethics pledge and ethics regulations by acting on behalf of a former client when executing their duties related to a land-to-trust appeal. We did not substantiate the allegation and closed the case as unfounded.
