Alleged Failure to Submit 8 months of Oil and Gas Reports to ONRR

OIG investigated information from the Bureau of Land Management Special Investigations Group that a New Mexico lease operator did not submit proper reports to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) from December 2014 through July 2015 for an oil well. Our preliminary investigation substantiated that the lease operator did not properly report oil and gas production, but did pay the required royalties.
