The OIG investigated anonymous complaints that a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) supervisor showed favoritism toward employees with whom she had personal relationships and allegedly made unwelcome and offensive comments of a sexual nature in the workplace. The complainant also alleged that the supervisor falsified time and attendance records.
We found insufficient evidence to conclude that the BIA supervisor showed favoritism toward any employee or made unwelcome and offensive comments to subordinates. We also did not find any evidence that the supervisor falsified time and attendance records.
