Description
OIG investigated allegations that an employee at the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park was the subject of retaliation for reporting a fuel theft by a park supervisor. The employee also alleged a “hostile work environment.”
We did not substantiate reprisal action against the employee for reporting the fuel theft. We did find that several employees characterized the park’s management style as “hostile,” “difficult,” or “my way or the highway.”
This is a summary of a report of investigation that was issued to the National Park Service.
