Description

The OIG investigated reports that an oil and gas company in Idaho was underpaying natural gas royalties.

We found the company operated Federal mineral leases in Idaho and paid Federal royalties to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) as required. Because we did not uncover royalty fraud involving Federal minerals, we concluded our investigation.
