Recommendations for the Report, “Bureau of Indian Affairs and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Safety of Dams: Emergency Preparedness” (WR EV MOA 0002 2013)

We completed a verification review of the 13 recommendations presented in our September 2013 evaluation report titled “Bureau of Indian Affairs and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Dam Safety: Emergency Preparedness” (WR-EV-MOA-0002-2013). Recommendations 1 – 11 were directed to the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and Recommendations 12 and 13 were directed to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS).

The BIA and the FWS implemented the recommendations as reported to the Office of Financial Management, Office of Policy, Management and Budget. We concur that all 13 recommendations are resolved and implemented.
